The Process

Step 1: Sign an Authority to Act

This allows us to begin your claim on your behalf

Step 2: Confirm Ownership

You will be asked to provide identification – this is to ensure you are the rightful owner of the funds.

Your identification documents are handled with absolute care and protection – we are committed to protecting your privacy. We take necessary steps to ensure that the personal information that we hold about you is kept confidential and secure.

Step 3: Preparing your Claim

Commencement of your claim will begin with submission to the relevant authority holding your unclaimed fund. You will be kept updated throughout the whole process.

Step 4: Funds returned to you

Funds are deposited into an independent Trust Account upon approval, then deposited into your nominated bank account or by cheque. On completion of your successful claim our service fee will by applied.
